Institutional Effectiveness works collaboratively with the college community to advance Forsyth Tech's mission and strategic initiatives. Institutional Effectiveness designs, coordinates and supports effective planning processes that are outcome-oriented and result in continuous institutional improvement. Institutional Effectiveness provides guidance for reaffirmation requirements and monitors compliance with the standards of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) Principles of Accreditation. Institutional Effectiveness conducts institutional studies, surveys and research that meet the college's informational needs for planning, program improvement, policy- and decision-making, and mandated requirements.
Institutional Effectiveness serves to assist all members of the college community with their assessment, program evaluation and research initiatives. This includes analysis and reporting of accurate assessment and research information, evaluation of the quality of assessment and research methods employed on campus, and providing access to resources and data needed to successfully complete such initiatives.
